2018 Ram 2500
Recalls and owner complaints reported to NHTSA
Compared with the typical (middle) count of 127 complaints across the 8 model-year 2018 heavy-duty trucks we cover. Best-selling trucks naturally collect more complaints because more of them are on the road.
What owners should know
Covers 2013–2018 · 6.7L Cummins diesel, 6.4L and 5.7L Hemi V8 gas · Updated 2026-10-01
In 2013, Ram added diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to the 6.7L Cummins diesel, and in 2014 the 6.4L Hemi gas V8 joined the 5.7L Hemi. 2014 Ram 2500s also switched to coil springs in the rear.
We counted 5,984 owner complaints filed with NHTSA for 2013–2018 Ram 2500s and 3500s: 4,409 from diesel trucks, 1,154 from 6.4L Hemi trucks and 246 from 5.7L Hemi trucks (identified by VIN). Most of them are from 2017–2018 trucks, driven by the brake issue below. Complaint counts show what owners report most often, not how many trucks have a problem.
At a glance
- Anti-lock brake (ABS) unit failures on 2017–2018 trucks are the most reported problem by far, and were recalled.
- The 6.7L Cummins in these years is generally well regarded. DEF heaters, NOx sensors and EGR coolers are the commonly reported repairs.
- Steering recalls cover the drag link and track bar brackets.
- A water pump recall on 2013–2017 diesels addresses a fire risk.
2017–2018: ABS and stability control failures
Brakes come up in 1,560 diesel and 505 6.4L Hemi complaints, mostly from 2017–2018 trucks. Owners describe ABS, traction control and "service electronic brake system" warning lights. Chrysler recalled these trucks because the ABS hydraulic control unit may fail, disabling anti-lock brakes and stability control (recall 24V896000). Many complaints say replacement parts took a long time to arrive.
When buying: confirm this recall is done. Any ABS or stability control warning light on the dash is a reason to walk away or get it fixed first.
Steering and front end
- The drag link can separate if a jam nut loosens on 2013–2018 trucks (recall 19V021000).
- Track bar frame bracket welds on some 2015 trucks (recall 16V559000).
- Front-end shake is reported far less than on older Rams, but still check the track bar, tie rods and ball joints.
6.7L Cummins
Generally considered a strong engine in these years. Commonly reported repairs:
- DEF heater failures that cause reduced power, especially in cold weather, and NOx and DEF quality sensors
- EGR cooler leaks (white smoke or coolant loss)
- Turbo actuator failures at higher mileage
- A water pump recall on 2013–2017 trucks with a certain brand of pump that can leak coolant (recall 17V562000)
6.4L Hemi
Owners on Ram forums discuss camshaft and lifter failures on the 6.4L, often announced by a ticking noise. A tick can also come from broken exhaust manifold bolts, which is a much cheaper fix. Have a mechanic diagnose any tick before buying.
Other recalls
Side curtain airbag inflators on 2016–2018 trucks (recalls 25V010000 and 25V592000), power tailgate latches, and a rear camera recall on 2018 trucks.

Warning lights come on. No anti lock brakes or cruise control. Warning lights and signal appear on the dash board. There has been a recall on this problem for over two years. Dealership keeps saying NO PARTS AVAILABLE. Use my truck for a family vehicle, and pull our travel trailer. I hope you can help resolve this problem.

My truck is subject to FCA Recall C4B, NHTSA Recall 24V-896, involving the brake hydraulic control unit (HCU). The recall concerns possible loss of ABS, electronic stability control and traction control. My concern is that the recall has been open since November 2024 and I still have not been able to obtain the repair for my truck. I have also been dealing directly with Stellantis and have case number 94100990. More importantly, my truck has actually experienced the problem. The ABS warning light began coming on before the C4B recall was announced. I don't remember the exact date, but I know the problem existed before the recall. The warning has continued to occur intermittently. This means I am not simply waiting for a routine recall repair. My truck has actually shown the symptom that the recall is intended to address.

I haven’t had an accident yet, but the car beeps at me constantly. It’s very distracting. Abs / traction control lights constantly going on and off. Also had issues with transmission, gears shifting hard, 4wd bushings in transfer case, etc. I have asked for an update on recalls many times. No part available. It’s been almost 2 years. Doesn’t seem that they plan to address the issue.

I have warnings on my dash board alerting of a brake system failure. I received notice of the safety recall more than 18 months ago and have followed up several times. I have been told there is no remedy and if I would like to pay to fix the issue I can and then submit for possible reimbursement. I verified the suspect part is/was available at the local dealership but they refused to remedy the safety recall. I purchased the truck at the dealership I met with but they have no direction from Chrysler so the vehicle owner must pay to resolve the defect. I believe the recall was issued in Dec 2024. Chrysler and their dealers must act on the recall allowing more than 18 months to elapse with out any follow on notices or instructions with a a firm remedy is unacceptable. I request a scheduled date to have the suspected parts replaced and correction verified at no cost to me/the owner within 15 days of this notice. My 2018 Ram 2500 is subject to safety recall C4B/24V-896 involving failure of the brake Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) and possible loss of ABS, electronic stability control and traction control. I previously contacted a Ram dealer in [XXX] regarding completion of this recall but was informed that the parts/remedy were not available. The recall therefore remained unrepaired. On XXX, my vehicle was sideswiped by another vehicle. The other vehicle caused the initial collision. Immediately before, during, and following the sideswipe, I applied the brakes to stop my Ram. During the emergency braking event, the wheels locked and I did not experience normal anti-lock braking operation. I was able to bring the vehicle to a stop without subsequently striking another vehicle or object. Following the incident, the ABS and traction-control warning lights have remained continuously illuminated and have not returned to normal operation. I am concerned that the recalled HCU may have failed and that the ABS/ESC/traction-control systems were unavailable during the emergency braking event. This incident involved actual wheel lockup during emergency braking associated with a collision, followed by permanent ABS/traction-control warnings on a vehicle with an unrepaired safety recall addressing loss of those same systems. I am reporting this incident so NHTSA has a record of the apparent safety-system failure and the fact that I had previously attempted to have the recall addressed but the remedy/parts were unavailable. The vehicle is being preserved for diagnostic evaluation. I am requesting that all relevant ABS/HCU diagnostic trouble codes be documented before they are cleared or repairs are performed. My 2018 Ram 2500 has a continuous ABS/ESC/Traction Control failure related to recall C4B (NHTSA 24V‑896). The hydraulic control unit (HCU) is failing exactly as described in the recall. The ABS light, traction control light, and stability control warnings come on constantly, and the cruise control shuts off while driving. This is a safety‑critical defect that increases the risk of a crash, as NHTSA states in campaign 24V‑896. My dealer confirmed the recall but says the remedy parts are unavailable and may take months. I am driving a vehicle with disabled ABS and stability control because Stellantis cannot supply the required HCU replacement. I am requesting NHTSA assistance because the manufacturer cannot provide a timely safety repair. I also have a bad knee and can NOT drive without cruise control.

I haven’t experienced an issue yet. A safety recall was finally issued to my 2018 Ram 2500 pickup truck in 2024. I had taken it to the local Ram dealership (Rairdon’s Ram, Bellingham, WA). On two separate occasions for my truck throwing the following warning light, “Check Electronic Braking System”. At the same time, traction control is deactivated, and cruiser control turns off, so if you have cruise control set, the warning light causes the cruise control to deactivate, and the truck immediately starts to slow down. This is a problem at highway speeds. The warning light also activates a chime that pings incessantly for several minutes and will continue to sound every 30 minutes while driving. Ram finally identified it as a safety issue, and issued a recall. However they stipulated there was no fix identified yet. It has been going on two years since being notified, and I have checked with my local dealership, and no fix has been identified still. My complaint is that Ram is dragging its feet with this recall repair.

This recall has been in effect for almost two years. I have been affected for the past year with almost constant warning alarms distracting my attention to drive. The Chrysler Mechanic did diagnose that my ABS system has failed but t hat a remedy was, and still is not available. In the meantime I rarely my 2500 RAM Diesel because I have no ABS, cruise control or the ability to disable the traction control. The mechanic was not able to turn the alarm off and turning up the radio is not a safe option either. I drive many highway miles and often transport my Grandchildren to and fro. The latter is the reason I bought a heavy duty vehicle for safety. Due to the weight of my truck, without cruise control it is challenging to maintain consistent speeds on the highways and I am a nuisance to most drivers which has caused more than one bad reaction from other drivers. Not to mention the loss of 3 to 4 MPG of diesel. Recently my second vehicle is getting repairs and I am having to use my RAM exclusively. The recall center agreed that I have safety issues with my vehicle and offered me a rental, but after providing the requested information downloaded from the truck by the certified mechanic, I was told that more information was needed. This took place over a period of approximately two weeks where I surrendered my truck to their unsecured lot. At that time I retrieved my truck and concluded that this was a cat and mouse chase. So now I am once again driving my unsafe truck looking at navigating Indiana winter roads. Over six months ago I was the assured that the replacement part was in the final stages of testing and this is the same story today.

I have the active recall associated with the vehicle listed. It’s been nearly 2 years with the active abs service light, traction control light, and inoperative cruise control due to those lights. Stelantis is not very helpful. Will not fixit yet. But says I can pay myself and some or all may be reimbursed. There is no reason it should take this long. Endangering lives potentially. I sent truck pulling all the time. And you buy these things with these safety options that should work. To be taking this long to remedy this. Is unacceptable

I have been waiting on the C4B recall for nearly two years with no parts available still. My truck has no ABS, traction control, or 4WD. This is a 2500 heavy duty truck meant for pulling trailers and heavy payloads. This recall has rendered the vehicle useless. I can't trade it in due to the ongoing recall, it is not safe to drive, I am at an extreme financial loss due to Stellantis' negligence. How has the US government allowed this issue to last for so long? How many unsafe vehicles are currently driving down the road with compromised brakes?

This truck has been built with a brake hydraulic control unit ("HCU") that is susceptible to failure or malfunction which may result in a reduction or change of Anti-Lock Brake System ("ABS")/Electronic Stability Control ("ESC") /Traction Control performance. A failing HCU will initially result in the intermittent loss of ABS/Traction control progressing to permanent loss. Safety Risk The loss of ABS/ESC/Traction control may cause a vehicle crash without prior warning.

My vehicle has an open safety recall (24V896000) with no available remedy for over a year. I'm not sure why you guys aren't seeing it. The ABS warning light is illuminated, indicating a failure of a critical safety system. I reside in [XXX] where annual safety inspections are required and that date is now here. Despite the defect, the vehicle was passed by a Dodge dealership knowing the ABS system is not functioning properly as there isn't a fix. The manufacturer, Stellantis, has no repair available and no timeline and I've only gotten the run around from their recall department and corporate. I am being forced to operate a vehicle with a known safety defect or not use it at all. This situation leaves consumers without a remedy for a federally recognized safety issue. Was towing with my 2018 Ram 2500 ... truck ABS failed to engage under emergency stopping narrowly missing stopped car in front of me... truck took substantially longer to stop and brakes locked up... There is an outstanding recall on this but RAM says parts are not available... there appear to be in excess of 317,000 large heavy duty Ram trucks on the road, probably most towing heavy loads, with failing ABS and Hydraulic Control Units (HCU). At what point will Ram be made to actually fix the problem and make parts available to their service dealers versus just ignoring the issue??? Now the truck has permanent ABS light on but no parts from Ram to fix???

There is an active recall on my vehicle related to anti-lock brake system with no remediation plan at the moment due to a part shortage. My vehicle is displaying anti-lock brake service warnings several times during drives which ultimately go away. I'm being told that the warnings are tied to the recall. How can I get the issue remediated without any support from the recall? This seems very dangerous to have customers with impacted vehicles but no support to remediate the issue.

My 2018 dodge ram has an open recall since December 2024. There are no parts/no fix. My truck has been dinging and pinging with the break light/traction light/engine light/ABS light since 6 months after I got it. ALL of these things are related to the open recall. VIN [XXX]. Manufacturer Recall Number C4B, NHTSA Recall Number24V-896. "The loss of ABS/ESC/Traction control may cause a vehicle crash without prior warning." On Sunday the 19th it stalled along with the warning lights. I took my truck to the dealer and paid $198 in Feb 2023 and they told me nothing was wrong with it. This issues would happen every so often now it's happening frequently almost daily. Customer care refuses to help. They told me to take my truck to a dealer to get it diagnosed and then send the paperwork to them and maybe they'd cover the rental until the part comes in. So now I am paying another $255 for Another diagnostics. It's sitting at Dodge in Glendora, CA right now for 2 days waiting for a call back. I was also told if it's approved, I have to pay for the rental out of pocket. For an eternity? I am not sure why I am jumping through hoops for a safety recall. It' the only car I have to commute and drive my kids in. Once again, a safety recall. This is really absurd. I begged for a manager or someone higher to call me and Ram care refused. Said they'd send my case to rentals. What if my breaks go out, what if I get in a car accident. It feels really unreasonable they won't take responsibility for this ongoing open recall that is a safety issue. The Hydro Boost Pump Port Tube Assembly (Mopar P/N 04581758AA / 4581758AA) on my 2018 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins has failed and requires replacement. My concern is that this component is part of the hydraulic assist system supporting critical steering/braking functions. A failure or loss of hydraulic pressure could result in significantly increased steering or braking effort and create a serious safety hazard, particularly while towing, carrying a load, or traveling at highway speeds. I am requesting NHTSA review this component and determine whether similar failures have been reported on Ram 2500 vehicles and whether further investigation or manufacturer action is warranted.

The vehicle has experienced repeated failures of the variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) electronic actuator. The actuator intermittently fails to move the turbo vanes to their commanded position, resulting in fault codes related to turbocharger performance and actuator position. The failed actuator is currently installed on the vehicle and is available for inspection upon request. This failure creates a significant safety concern because the engine can suddenly lose turbocharger performance and enter a reduced-power or "limp mode" condition without warning. During these events, the vehicle experiences a substantial loss of acceleration and power, making it difficult to safely merge onto highways, pass slower traffic, or maintain speed while towing or traveling on grades. This unexpected reduction in power increases the risk of a rear-end collision or other traffic incident, particularly when operating in normal highway traffic. The condition has been reproduced multiple times and confirmed through diagnostic trouble codes. The issue is consistent with a malfunctioning VGT electronic actuator. Numerous other owners of 2013-2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins engine have reported similar failures involving the electronic actuator, suggesting this is not an isolated incident. Prior to complete failure, the vehicle displayed intermittent warning symptoms including a Check Engine Light, reduced exhaust brake performance, and occasional turbocharger-related diagnostic trouble codes. The symptoms became progressively more frequent before the actuator ultimately failed to operate reliably. In some cases, cycling the exhaust brake temporarily restored operation, but the problem continued to return and worsened over time. The vehicle has been diagnosed using standard diagnostic equipment, and the fault has been confirmed through the presence of turbocharger actuator-related diagnostic codes.

Component or system that failed or malfunctioned The issue involves a safety recall‑related system on my Ram truck that remains open with no available remedy for over one year. The vehicle is now experiencing traction loss while pulling and during normal driving, along with multiple failure/warning lights activating on the dashboard. How my safety or the safety of others was put at risk While driving and when pulling/accelerating, the vehicle unexpectedly loses traction, which creates a risk of loss of control, especially during traffic, turns, or acceleration from a stop. The appearance of failure lights combined with traction loss presents a serious safety risk to myself, my passengers, and other motorists, increasing the likelihood of a crash. Whether the problem has been reproduced or confirmed The safety defect is confirmed by the open NHTSA recall associated with my VIN. The traction loss and failure lights have occurred during normal vehicle operation and continue to reappear. The issue has not been repaired due to the manufacturer stating that no recall remedy is currently available. Inspections by dealer, manufacturer, or others Authorized Ram/Dodge dealers have confirmed that the recall remains open with no repair solution available from the manufacturer. The vehicle has not yet been inspected by police or insurance representatives, but it remains available for inspection. Warning lamps, messages, or prior symptoms Failure and warning indicator lights have appeared on the dashboard and remain present. These symptoms began while the recall was still unresolved and now occur in conjunction with traction loss during driving and pulling, indicating the defect may be actively affecting vehicle safety.

I am reporting ongoing safety concerns with my 2018 RAM 2500 (6.7L Cummins) related to repeated emissions/aftertreatment failures and the lack of timely repair options. These failures directly affect drivability and can create hazardous situations if the vehicle enters derate mode while towing or driving at highway speeds. Over the past year, my truck has suffered multiple emissions-related component failures, including DEF dosing issues, SCR/DPF system faults, repeated warning messages, and the threat of speed-limiting derates. The vehicle is used for normal personal use, is well-maintained, and has not been modified. Despite proper maintenance, the same types of failures continue to recur. A major concern is that local RAM dealers have extremely limited ability to service these issues in a timely manner. Appointments are often weeks out, and when the truck is already in a failure state it is unsafe to continue driving. I have previously reported safety-related defects to NHTSA (ABS/HCU), and those issues later resulted in recalls—so I know that reporting matters. The combination of emissions failures, derate risks, and lack of dealer support creates a situation where the vehicle may suddenly lose power or become unsafe to operate, especially when towing or traveling in rural areas with limited service availability. I am requesting that NHTSA review whether there is a broader pattern of emissions-system failures on RAM heavy-duty trucks with the 6.7 Cummins and whether these failures pose a safety risk due to the forced-derate logic and inability to obtain timely repairs.

The vehicle is well kept and has not been damaged. Mopar does not lost this malfunction and recall as included in my VIN •Cruise control malfunction The cruise control sporadically does not turn on when the button is pressed. The button may need to be pressed a dozen times before it activates and cruise control is available to be set for a given speed and then engaged. This has occurred since purchase brand new at the original dealership at less than 25 miles on odometer. My 2018 Ram 2500 has 85,000 miles currently. At about 80,000 miles I got the ABS and Traction control warning lights along with dash messages to check the ABS amd electronic braking systems. I am a heavy equipment mechanic and thus checked the systems myself with a scan tool and other test equipment. I found that the ABS module has an internal electrical failure resulting in power not being supplied to the ABS pump/electric motor. I have verified that the pump works and has about a 48ohm resistance. If supplied with 12v and ground to the motor it will come on. Circuit testing from the electrical plug to the contacts for the motor one pin has contact and the other is an open circuit. I also have one seized plunger in the hydraulic control unit that is actuator by the motors eccentric lobe on the output shaft. After doing some research online I've found this is a very common issue on the 2017 and 2018 Ram heavy duty trucks, the 2500 and 3500 model specifically. I also found that neither the hydraulic control unit nor the ABS module have been available for purchase for a long time. I myself have been trying to order one for about 6 months. No dealer in my area can even give me an estimate time of availability. So currently I and many other have to drive a vehicle with a failed ABS system. This poses a greater risk of collision and unsafe braking. It is also a requirement to be working to pass a vehicle inspection so selling the vehicle or depending on state lived in you may not even be able to drive the vehicle at all.

ABS light turned on on the dash. Next a warning that the park sense, ABS, four wheel drive, and Cruise were disabled. Had Diagnostics run and found that the vehicle ABS is logging C0020-01 and C0020-16. Case number S2005000004 from STAR showing this to be a known issue. Contacted every dealership within 100 mile range and the needed part of an ABS HCU is unavailable until at least February 2024. Contacted Stellantis Customer care and they will not assist unless the vehicle receives an official diagnostic from a dealership that will cost me at least $150 and they will not assist with replacing the part or even supplying the part so there was no gain from having the diagnostic officially done at a RAM dealership. Well known issue per every dealership and many online forums. No assistance from RAM/Stellantis at all.

ABS module was replaced 5/5/23 at cost to me of $529.86 by RAM dealer. Per dealer, ABS system will not function as ABS motor (HCU) must also be replaced and is not available pending "engineering review" in late August. Vehicle is like new with 23,000 miles on it. I have an open case with Stellantis, since the parts are on extreme backorder (3+ Months). My safety is at risk, because when this component fails, it directly impacts the ABS Brakes, Traction Control, Cruise Control, Parking Assistance, etc. The dealer has confirmed the issue. I am unsure what diagnostics the dealer has performed on the failed part. There are multiple warning lamps associate with BRAKE, ABS, Traction Control, Cruise Control, Parking Assist, Service Electronic Breaking System, etc.

The ABS - Anti-Skid lights come on and off intermittently while driving, or it's actually done this just sitting still a few times. When it first started around July 2023 the truck had about 90k miles on it. I called the dealership, they said keep driving it till it stayed on all the time so they could track what was causing it. Well it never stays on, it is on/off at random. The random occurrence nearly caused a bad wreck while driving onto an on ramp wet road. The truck dinged as I was making the turn, it started spinning sideways and when I got stopped, I was sideways, I had to move quickly to get out of other cars way. When I tried to go it spun around the other way sideways, stopping traffic. I was lucky the other cars brakes worked or I would have been T-Boned. If I had been pulling the trailer or boat there would have been no way to control the spin or brake sliding, which I am positive would have been a bad wreck. I was not going too fast either, about 30-35 when all this happened. Dodge Ram company needs to fix this issue NOW before someone gets killed. I have an excellent driving record and want to keep it that way. I cannot pull my camper, boat or equipment trailer now cause I'm afraid this will happen and not be so lucky. Sad thing is, Dodge knows about this and are doing nothing about it.

Hi I have been driving for over 42 years & never had a tire valve fail on me. This past winter we drove cross country, form Pennsylvania to Arizona, pulling a 26' trailer. I am meticulous about monitoring my tire air pressure. We were heading back home in April & my TPMS system set off an alert that my driver's side rear tire was losing air. We pulled over & I changed out to our spare. I went to inflate the tire & discovered the leak was at the valve. The rubber had delaminated from the threaded tube. I had tire replaced just north of Nashville Tennessee. When we got home, I went to perform a tire rotation & discovered that the new tire(carried as a spare) had a bad valve. Firestone replaced that valve. 2 weeks ago, on my way home from a doctor's appointment, I had another valve fail. Again Firestone replaced it. My concern is 3 valves failing in 3 months time. Tires were purchased new 6/2024, valves were allegedly changed. 3 valves failures in 3 months from different Firestone locations separated by 1000 miles. I am looking to get a new set of tires before we go away again. I am leery of using Firestone, because of defective tire valves. Can you please look into this matter, and let me know the outcome ?

It is unavoidable to focus on the screen instead of the road while this is happening. Dodge knows of this problem and the repair cost is unaffordable. Uconnect screen not working properly due to delamination. When driving the screen will ghost click creating a beeping sound with every ghost click. This could be several hundred peeps per minute. The back up camera will come on while driving forward. In bad weather when you want the defrosters on it will not allow it or stay on defrost. It will switch to all different vent positions, change the air temps so you can't get your window clear. If you try and change it, it will immediately change it. I was pulling a 5th wheel through the mountains and it started to pour rain. I desperately needed defrost and it would not work properly for this reason. If you turn off the screen it will turn right back on. If you turn the volume down to zero you still hear beeping. This is very distracting as a driver. I can't even turn the radio or system off. The radio constantly is changing station and switching from FM to AM or Siri. You can't do anything to stop this ghost clicking.

8.4 Uconnect (media center) screen delamination causing "ghost touches"/glitches on the touchscreen, which prevent backup camera from functioning. While backing up, camera randomly turns off or switches to a separate cargo camera. Backup camera often remains on while driving forward. Ghost touching also cause random phone calls and emergency phone calls, which cause a distraction to driving. According to simple Google search, 8.4 Uconnect screen delamination appears to be a common problem even on low-mileage vehicles. Manufacturer/dealer will not replace outside of warranty.

I WASHED THE VEHICLE EARLIER THIS WEEK AND DRIED THE WINDOWS IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID WATER SPOTS AND DID NOT NOTICE ANY CRACKS IN THE SUNROOF. THE SUNROOF HAS BEEN OPENED TWO, MAYBE THREE TIMES SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE IN MAY 2019. THE VEHICLE HAS 10,800 MILES ON IT. I DROVE IMMEDIATELY TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SHOWED THEM WHAT HAPPENED. THEY STATED THEY'VE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CAROLINE AND ALSO REPORTED IT WITH THEM AND I'M SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL ON MONDAY, MARCH 16.

No incident has happened yet but I don’t want an incident to happen to get this fixed. The HCU and ABS are not working properly or at all I’m not too sure. The sensors on the truck don’t work. The 4x4 don’t work either. The cruise control doesn’t work either. I need my truck fixed asap.

Vehicles touch screen becomes unresponsive to touch and skips around screen turning items and censors on and off while driving. Seat heaters have turned on and off on boiling hot days, radio stations switch back and forth, volume has gone up and down, parking censors have been turned on and off while driving, radio has called random numbers and people while driving and while waiting for truck to prime and start. The problem has progressively gotten worse and skips around more with every day that passes. Vehicle has been to the dealership twice for this issue. The dealership said it has become a common problem with the touch screen for this vehicle and doesn't know why it's not a recall. This is a huge distraction and $1800 replacement which is not an easy random add to a budget, meaning most will deal with the distracted driving and probably cause and accident. This will not let me submit the video and pictures I have in the formats requested. Please email me and I will send them.
