Price & value

We don't guess at prices. Get a real value for the exact truck from Kelley Blue Book, then see how the asking price compares.

Is it a good deal?

  1. Look up the truck on Kelley Blue Book. Choose its cab, trim, options, miles, condition and your ZIP code, and note the private party value (or the fair purchase price if you're buying from a dealer).
  2. Enter that value and the asking price below.
Check value on Kelley Blue Book ↗

Enter both numbers to see the deal rating.

The rating only compares the two numbers you enter: within 5% of the value is a good deal, 5–15% under is a great deal, and more than 15% under is a buy-it-now price. Know Your Truck isn't affiliated with Kelley Blue Book. Rust, accident history, lifts and mods, and service records all change what a truck is worth, so always get a pre-purchase inspection.

Rear axle half shaft and hub replacement assembly (Manufacturer Recall Number 25S82 NHTSA Recall Number25V512). Neither Ford nor the local dealership seem to care about repairing this issue in a timely manner. The truck was inspected soon after the recall was received. The dealer confirmed that my truck fell under the recall. They supposedly placed an order for parts at that time (October 2025). A year later the repair has not been completed. I have contacted Ford Customer Service twice about the parts availability issue. Ford states the parts are available. The dealership states the parts are not available. According to the NTSB, recall repairs should happen in a timely manner. If they don't, NTSB suggests filing a complaint. I believe more than a year of waiting, with noting done, has given both Ford and the dealership ample time for repairs to be completed. This is an official complaint regarding the lack of expediency by both Ford and the local dealership.

I am reporting a safety-related transmission problem I experienced with my 2023 Ford F-150 equipped with the 10R80 automatic transmission. While driving normally, the transmission suddenly shifts violently, lurches from P to D, delayed shifting. This occurred while while driving under normal conditions creating a potentially dangerous situation because the truck did not respond as expected when I needed predictable acceleration or propulsion. I believe this incident may be related to the known 10R80 CDF clutch-cylinder/sleeve problem. Ford technical information identifies axial movement of the CDF sleeve that can cause hydraulic-circuit leaks and harsh or delayed engagement and shifting. This condition can result in slipping, RPM flares, delayed engagement, unexpected gear changes, harsh downshifts, lurching, or loss of propulsion. This is a safety concern, not merely a transmission quality or reliability issue. Unexpected loss of propulsion or unpredictable shifting while merging, accelerating into traffic, crossing an intersection, turning, or traveling at highway speed can create a collision hazard. Because I personally experienced this unexpected transmission event, I request that NHTSA investigate the 10R80 CDF clutch-cylinder/sleeve condition in Ford F-150s. Please review Ford warranty claims, dealer repair records, transmission replacements, consumer complaints, and field-failure data to determine whether this is a safety defect requiring a recall. I believe owners should not have to wait for a potentially dangerous transmission failure before this known condition is addressed.

While driving at speed, my vehicle experienced a severe safety hazard: the transmission jerked violently and the engine completely stalled on the road, causing an immediate loss of power. The dealership diagnosed the truck and stated that tree debris had plugged the cowl drains at the base of the windshield. Because the drains plugged, rainwater backed up and overflowed directly into the passenger cabin, soaking the Body Control Module (BCM) and crashing the central computer network. A vehicle's central computer network should not be engineered in a way that normal outdoor tree debris can completely flood an interior cabin module and cause a dangerous drivetrain shutdown while driving.

While towing a 6000 pound travel trailer 6/21/26, the brakes on the trailer failed. A trailer wiring fault message came up on the dash each time I braked. It is available for inspection. How was our safety put at risk??? Stopping distance was increased substantually. When you need to stop, you need to stop! The truck has been brought to the dealer 4 times prior to this for the same problem. One of those times was for the recall on the trailer brake, May of 2026. The first time the truck was taken to the dealer for the warning message was April of 2025. The trailer was taken to the RV dealer after the incident (on my Oct 2025 visit, the dealer told me the problem was with the trailer. I wanted to rule that out). The RV dealer found no problem with the trailer brakes, and determined the problem is with the truck. The truck was then taken to the dealer July 23 with "Trailer Brake Module Fault" message every time it is started. It remains at the dealer now. They believe it is the trailer brake control module. The module is on backorder with no estimated time for repair.

There is a manufacturing defect that is causing water to to enter the vehicle when driving in the rain. Where this becomes a significant safety issue is that the water enters somewhere near the bottom of the windshield (source still not determined) and runs down the pillar over the fuse box and BCM (neither is protected from the water). This could lead to an electrical short on any of the major modules of the vehicle unpredictably. the leak is confirmed but source is still to be determined by the dealership after 2 visits. Turn signal stalk binds up intermittently, requiring excessive force to deactivate signaling. Most commonly occurs after signaling to toward the right. This has been occurring intermittently shortly after vehicle purchase, but has become more common over the past year. Safety is affected due to the amount of force being required having the potential to cause the driver to inadvertently jerk the steering wheel left while attempting to deactivate the signal. No inspections have been performed and this vehicle has not yet been assessed by a dealer or independent service center. No warnings or other associated indicators of this issue have been noted.

I was driving down the highway and the right, rear window shattered and blew glass all over the inside of my truck (the cab). There was no incident, no stress cracks, etc. The window simply “exploded”. I drove to the nearest Ford Dealership, assuming it would be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. After the dealership had my vehicle a full week, they informed me Ford would not pay. I told them to order the window and replace it as I needed my vehicle back. I ended up being without my truck for two weeks. I paid $591.60 and called Ford today, to ask for reimbursement. I was told they cannot do so as the warranty only covers “windshields” for 12 months. I reminded the agent that this is a rear passenger window to no avail. After a little research, I’ve found that hundreds of F-150 owners have had this occur. *My granddaughter could have been in that seat as it was the rear passenger seat! This is a dangerous issue. I am still cleaning up glass, I continue to find all over the cab.

This is similar to the safety issue built into the truck if stopped and the front door is opened the truck automatically goes into park. This is the second time it has happened in the past year- the truck being stopped at a light and the engine stops running and when I step on the gas instead of restarting it has gone into park.

The turn signal stalk on my 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning intermittently requires excessive force to manually cancel after turns and lane changes. The stalk self-cancels normally roughly 50% of the time, but when the steering wheel does not rotate far enough to trigger automatic cancellation the driver must manually return the stalk to center. The condition is most reliably reproduced when the cabin has been elevated in temperature for an extended period and subsides once cooled. The issue predominantly affects right-hand turns and lane changes. The affected component is the turn signal stalk switch pack (multifunction switch), available for inspection. Diagnostic scanning confirmed DTC B124C stored in the SCCM. Based on my research this code indicates a Turn Indicator Stalk Switch Pack fault. The safety risk is threefold: first, a stalk that does not self-cancel sends false signals to other drivers. Second, manually forcing the stalk back to center diverts driver attention from vehicle control. Third, when the stalk releases under applied force it does so suddenly and without warning, and if the driver's hand is on the steering wheel this can cause an involuntary steering input, risking unintended lane departure at highway speeds. I am the second owner, having purchased from a dealership at approximately 60,000 miles. The defect was present at purchase and has worsened progressively to approximately 76,000 miles. The vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer as it is outside warranty. No warning lamp is present; however DTC B124C is confirmed via diagnostic scanning. I documented the issue in a video post which received responses from numerous affected owners: [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I am reporting a safety-related transmission problem I experienced with my 2023 Ford F-150 equipped with the 10R80 automatic transmission. While driving normally, the transmission suddenly does not accelerate for up to 3 seconds while pressing the gas pedal, brakes either harshly or too soft at varying times, and very irregularly. This occurred while accelerating onto the highway, and almost every time I am braking at a stop sign or light, creating a potentially dangerous situation because the truck did not respond as expected when I needed predictable acceleration, propulsion, or deceleration. Unexpected loss of propulsion or unpredictable shifting while merging, accelerating into traffic, crossing an intersection, turning, traveling at highway speeds, slowing down, and stopping, can create a collision hazard.

Since shortly after buying my F-150 truck, I have had an ongoing issue with the Brake problem notification light coming on. I have spoken to the local Ford Dealership about this issue several times and had no resolution. They told me they could do an inspection, but it would cost me over $500, and only if they found a warranty issue that they were responsible for would they reimburse me the cost of the inspection. They also said that if the notification light was not on when they did the inspection, they would be unlikely to find an issue even if one existed. The warning light can go days or weeks without appearing and can stay on anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or so. I have tried to get the truck to the dealership several times, but it always goes off before I can get there (the dealership is about 40 minutes drive from my house). I am concerned because the warning light comes on more often these days but I still can not get the truck to the dealership with the light on. As the issue appears to be increasing in frequency, I am getting more concerned. The first time this appeared was approximately August 2024.

I was practicing backing up while turning my new approximately 3,000 lb equipment trailer for safety & maneuvering skill purposes. There was no payload in my trailer that I was towing. While slowly maneuvering & turning my equipment trailer in reverse at 1–3 mph, our 2023 Ford F-150 XLT suffered a commanded, abrupt, unexpected sudden acceleration while in reverse, which was not via the gas pedal or my input. The trailer violently jackknifed, made a loud noise on impact to the truck resulting in damage to the truck bed’s right quarter panel at the rear, and a broken right tail light. It happened so fast I had to slam on the break hard, since the truck felt like it would keep backing into the jackknife position with powertrain seeming to struggle to overcome the break for a short instant. I believed at that instant that a mechanical or software or both malfunction caused this since this happened so fast and abruptly. Also to note, the parking break has often turned on or off automatically both during this incident and prior to, both while the vehicle was moving motionless. After looking at the damage, it first appeared to me to be less than a $1,000.00 repair bill, since only a small portion of the right rear corner of the fender was dented and the tail light broke. On Monday and Tuesday however I was surprised to learn after getting estimates that the damage is around $4,000 or more, since the entire quarter panel needs to be replaced - aluminum Quarter panels cannot be welded, and it’s is an 8 foot bed with a huge quarter panel and lots of painting required. I have learned Ford Motor Technical Service Bulletin’s TSB 24-2070 and TSB 24-2176, or possibly other TSB(s) could be the cause. No other vehicles were involved. I drove truck to Bill Brown Ford service department, Livonia, MI 7/29 for a diagnosis. I own a 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning, with 48,200 miles and 2.5 years of ownership. Recently, my truck began displaying a “Powertrain / Reduced Power” warning while driving, and the air conditioning stopped producing cold air. The dealer scanned the vehicle and found DTC P0534 – A/C System Charge Loss. Further diagnostics indicated that multiple vehicle modules may require reprogramming and software updates. The dealer stated they need to evacuate and recharge the AC system, add dye, and remove front trunk components to locate the leak. This AC system is part of the high-voltage battery and eDrive thermal management system, meaning that failure of the HVAC system affects battery cooling and powertrain performance. Loss of cabin cooling is a symptom of a thermal system malfunction, which can lead to battery overheating, powertrain derating, and reduced driving performance. The combination of unexpected reduced power and loss of cabin cooling creates a safety risk, particularly during highway driving, merging, or situations requiring acceleration. These failures occurred at relatively low mileage and are associated with the high-voltage EV system, which should be functioning properly to ensure safe vehicle operation. I am submitting this complaint to report a potential safety defect with the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning affecting the battery thermal management, high-voltage AC system, and eDrive components, which can result in sudden power loss and compromised vehicle safety.

The driver's side headlamp has a significant amount of shadows within the beam. This is in both the low beam and high beam modes. The shadows are highly visible on the road, and create a significant distraction while driving. This distraction is made significantly worse by the vehicles adaptive headlight system, as the shadows move on the road then you turn the steering wheel. The causes the driver's eyes to focus on the moving shadows, rather than on the road ahead. Additionally, the shadows in the headlamp significantly reduce visibility on the driver's side of the car, making it far more difficult to see animals or debris in the road. The vehicle was purchased new and the issue has been prevalent since the very beginning. Ford customer service will not help. Ford dealers tell me that the see the issues, and it should be that way, but are unwilling to replace the headlamp assembly because the cannot determine the root case (code), and are fearful that Ford will just charge them back for the warrant repair.

The driver's side rear light is full of moisture and some water. It is available for inspection. The Ford dealership in Beeville Texas Coastal Bend Ford inspected it already and informed me that it would cost $1,400 to replace and that it was only going to get worse. They also informed me that Ford allows a certain percentage of moisture and water to be in there safely. When you see the pictures this is definitely unacceptable and unsafe. This is causing the reverse lights to flicker intermittent. The moisture accumulation inside the lights can result in inoperative or flickering reverse lamp function. Inoperative reverse lamps may reduce the awareness of other motorists or road users of the driver's intention to operate the vehicle in reverse gear increasing the risk of injury or crash. I bought the vehicle from a Ford dealership in Austin Texas less than 10 days ago. I reported it to them and they stated it wouldn't be covered under warranty. Upon closer inspection, all tires have premature cracks in the walls & the concern is that they could also fail and explode at any moment. We were not traveling at a high speed when the rear tire wall failed, but things could have been very different if we had been a highway - without doubt a major accident would have occurred. Brought the truck immediately to Coggins Deland Ford on [XXX] on Monday morning XXX where I purchased F150 brand new about 30 months ago, there is only about 16,700 miles on the truck. I am well within the tire warranty that Ford offers for the tires & well within bumper to bumper. All 4 tires should be replaced per the Ford tire warranty as they show signs of defect. The dealer has only approved the replacement of the tire that blew out so far & instructed me to contact the tire manufacture about the other tires that are cracking at 16K miles - I contacted Pirelli and was told since the dealer is giving me a hard time, Pirelli provided me with a case number and told me to tell the dealership to file a claim which they already know to do. Ford should provide the tire warranty on the tires per their own policy that is clearly stated on [XXX]. The dealer at first tired to tell me the tire only has warranty for 12,000 but it is not true, Ford provides prorated warranty on new tires up to 36,000 miles - when I showed the tire warranty chart from [XXX]- the service manager agreed with me & told me the service rep didn't inform me correctly & apologized. I just want defective tires replaced per the warranty that I was promised when I purchased my truck, I want to feel safe driving. The vehicle is subject to an active safety recall (rear axle hub bolt / axle assembly). The issue has been confirmed by a dealer inspection in November 2025. Despite confirmation, no repair was performed because the dealer did not initially order the required parts. This resulted in several months of delay. After escalation to the manufacturer, a parts order was finally placed in April 2026 and marked as priority. The dealer has since confirmed there is still no estimated time of arrival for the required parts, and the repair cannot be completed. This conflicts with recall information indicating that parts are available. The recall states that failure of the axle hub components can lead to loss of motive power or unintended vehicle movement. The vehicle is used regularly for towing and hauling, which increases concern about potential failure under load. The safety issue remains unresolved after several months, and there is no timeline for repair despite repeated attempts to address it through both the dealer and manufacturer.

While driving my 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor, the vehicle suddenly lost throttle response. The accelerator pedal produced no response and the engine would not rev even though the vehicle remained powered on. A battery warning light briefly illuminated at the time of the incident. I was able to bring the vehicle to a stop, but during the event the steering wheel became locked or extremely stiff and the vehicle did not respond normally to inputs. After stopping, I placed the truck in park and was unable to shift the transmission back out of park. The vehicle appeared to remain powered on but multiple systems were not responding. After pressing the start/stop button and cycling the vehicle, the issue cleared and the truck began operating normally again. Prior to this incident, the vehicle had already been scheduled to go to the dealership because it had been displaying numerous warning lights and diagnostic codes across multiple systems, totaling approximately 30 alerts. The vehicle was taken to a Ford dealership for diagnosis. The dealership reported codes indicating a network communication issue between vehicle modules but stated they were unable to reproduce the failure and no repair was performed. The dealership has requested that I take possession of the vehicle despite the unresolved cause of this failure. Given the loss of throttle response and steering function while the vehicle was in motion, I currently feel the vehicle is unsafe to operate until the underlying issue is identified and corrected. A sudden loss of throttle response and steering control while the vehicle is in motion creates a significant risk of collision, particularly in traffic or at highway speeds. The fact that the failure temporarily cleared after cycling the vehicle suggests a potential intermittent electronic or communication failure affecting critical vehicle control systems.

According to the NHTSA the range loss is tied to the systematic battery or drivetrain defect and ford refuses to honor my warranty and my extended warranty or address a potiential safety hazzard.

I have a 2023 f150 powerboost. I slowed down to a yielding sign to turn right onto the state highway. The engine was in electric mode, I went to push the acceleration pedal and nothing happened. The truck would not accelerate for 4-5 seconds. I then put the accelerator pedal to the floor and it finally engaged and the truck flew. I’ve had it happen once before but for only a second so I thought nothing of it. It was a scary experience as I could have been hit if another drive wasn’t paying attention. I’m scared to drive it now, and have made an appointment with the local ford dealership to diagnose. No engines lights are on. Only happens when stopping briefly.

The Belt Integrated Starter Generator (BISG) on my 2023 Ford F-150 PowerBoost intermittently fails, triggering DTC P0A1E-00 and causing complete loss of electric drive mode during normal driving without warning. Vehicle continues running but with significantly reduced fuel efficiency until manually restarted. Fault occurrences are escalating in frequency: 9/13/2025 while running ProPower Onboard under medium load camping in the Everglades, 11/20/2025, then 3/3/2026, 3/6/2026, 3/10/2026, and 3/12/2026 — two occurrences within one hour during morning commute — seven total occurrences. All documented via Ford App push notifications. Sam Galloway Ford in Fort Myers, FL confirmed DTC P0A1E-00 on 3/4/2026. Repair estimated at 1,900 with part backordered minimum three months. I was charged 266.20 for the diagnostic. Ford Motor Company denied my warranty claim stating the part is not a hybrid unique component despite P0A1E-00 being a hybrid-specific fault code and Ford's own TSB 23-2279 covering this exact condition under warranty. I called Ford customer service 4 times 3/10/2026 and was told my claim ticket was closed on 3/4/2026, the same day I opened it without technical explanation. No one has returned my calls since and I was not provided written denial documents. A BBB complaint has been filed.

While accelerating from a stop light, my 2023 F-150 Powerboost failed to properly accelerate and my gas pedal stopped working around 20-25 mph. I reported this to the Ford dealership immediately and drove straight to service bay. The failure repeated 3-4 more time before arriving. There was no engine light or error code so the dealership couldn't "fix anything". 16 hours later, the truck engine struggled to stay running, my gas pedal wouldn't engage again, I couldn't accelerate, and I had it towed to the dealership. I'm being told the Fuel Pump Driver Module failed and that it's not covered under the powertrain warranty - my concern is that this failed module creates a significant safety risk which leaves the vehicle inoperable while driving but Ford is treating it as a minor failure and not covering under warranty.

The bolt related to this recall inevitably broke on 11/23/25 at 43,842 miles. Ford of Upland took my truck and provided me with a loaner vehicle for about a month and a half, until demanding that I return the loaner vehicle. I had no choice but to take my truck back as I do not have a second vehicle, and they didn’t offer me a solution. At the time of writing this, I have put ~800 miles on the truck since the bolt sheared off. It is now making a terrible noise from the rear end, which I have expressed to Ford of Upland, Colley Ford, and Ford Customer Service.. with no resolve. Ford Customer Service told me over the phone that they are “hoping” to have the parts to fix my truck in Q3 of this year (2026). I purchased this truck as it fit my everyday needs. I often tow which made this truck a good candidate. As I understand, the truck is not currently safe to drive, and definitely not capable of towing. Not having a capable truck is unacceptable. It seems that Ford is incapable of providing a reasonable solution. The truck has been “out of service” since 11/23/25, nearly 3 months at the time of writing this.

This vehicle is equipped with Blue Cruise, a hands-free driving feature. While in hands-free drive mode (Blue Cruise), the vehicle abruptly disengaged and aggressively pulled off the highway. In icy conditions and at high speeds. This is abnormal for the system. Typically, if the Blue Cruise disengages, it gives a timed warning, about 5-10 seconds, and then will disengage. This was dangerously different. The dealership serviced the vehicle and updated the system. However, Blue C still wanders in the lane and randomly disconnects. With the Blue Cruise system turned off/disengaged and the adaptive cruise control engaged, the system also acts erratically, randomly disengaging for no reason.

The dealer also said that they have seen several of these where the manufacturer wont cover this component under the bumper to bumper warranty. This assembly has never been tampered with, the truck has not been in an accident. The failure of this taillight is likely caused by over torqueing at ASSY at the plant. Besides being costly this is a safety hazard when brake lights and taillights fail. Also..this assembly I find out houses the module for the blind spot monitor.

Thank you for a chance to file this information. The cruise speed control and lane keeping systems are not working consistently and properly. They fail every week when tested. So far - the dealer-warranty fixes have not been the remedy needed. The cruise control system on steeper slopes doesn't provide braking to stay at the set speed - and at times it doesn't provide any braking resistance - so the vehicle takes off full speed with gravity. The lane keeping system doesn't provide consistent drivers' assistance to prevent departing the lane - even with new/freshly painted center-lanes/side of the road lanes.

The vibration occurs consistently above approximately 40 mph and becomes more pronounced at highway speeds. It is felt in: • Gas pedal • Underbody near shifter • Steering wheel • Seat Despite numerous repair attempts and replacement of major drivetrain components, the vibration has not been permanently resolved. Truck keeps throwing road force on brand new tires as well. Repairs and attempts have included: • Tire pressure corrections • Multiple tire balances and road force balancing • Replacement of all four tires • Subsequent rebalancing of the replacement tires after road force values continued to fluctuate • Additional tire replacement when road force variation repeatedly returned despite proper balancing • Replacement of both front hubs • Replacement of both front axles • Replacement of front steering knuckles • Replacement of front differential ring and pinion bearing kit • Replacement of right front axle • Replacement of transfer case • Replacement of front driveshaft • Diagnostic tire swapping from another vehicle for comparison At one point, test tires from another truck were installed to isolate the concern, which resulted in the vibration spreading further into the steering wheel and seat. The issue affects drivability and confidence in the vehicle at highway speeds. Current visit beginning January 7, 2026: Vehicle has remained at the dealership continuously with no return to me and no confirmed repair completion (now exceeding 40 consecutive days). The cumulative days out of service significantly exceed 30 days. Despite substantial drivetrain component replacement, the vibration concern persists. The persistent vibration affects normal use, drivability, and confidence in the vehicle at highway speeds. Persistent drivetrain vibration at highway speeds raises safety concerns. Repeated axle, differential, transfer case, and driveshaft replacements indicate unresolved mechanical instability.

I was in the process of turning onto a two lane road when all of a sudden I heard an incredibly loud noise, much like speakers blowing out that seemed to be progressively getting louder. I remained calm. I tried to turn down volume on the speakers and it would not stop the loud sound. I put the truck in park and turned off the truck. That did not work so I turned it on and off again and the noise stopped. The volume was not working at all after this happened. I was completely confused because I didn't understand what happened or why. The sound was excruciating and fortunately when this happened I was able to safely put the truck in park and turn it on and off. If I were in traffic or driving that would probably not be possible. I can see this easily causing an accident if someone is in traffic and panics. I immediately called the dealer after this happened. They said they had not heard of this happening before. I presented them with this article I found in the WSJ - "Ford Confronts Strange, Ear-Piercing Static in F-150 Trucks, Drivers have complained to federal regulators of abnormal noise coming from the vehicle’s speakers", By Ryan Felton & Nora Eckert. This article states the noise was recorded so loud as to damage hearing. There are many complaints about this happening online as well and something should be done. This is without question a safety issue and there should be a mandatory recall.

Loud buzzing noise interrupts driver focus. This happens intermittently, but has occurred while braking at busy intersections, while backing into urban parking spaces, while attempting to use the camera for safe maneuvering - or just at random times while driving. Navigation has been interrupted, preventing the ability to make safe decisions to arrive at a desired location. Voice-based services have been interrupted, prompting the need for physical interaction (which entices the driver away from hands-free operation and taking their eyes off the road). Backup camera has been disabled (blank screen) while switching to Reverse preventing detection of objects behind the vehicle. Infotainment/vehicle operations are disrupted while system randomly reboots (and often buzzes loudly). Additional issues render the audio system as annoying, buzzing during songs whether on Carplay or via USB music. The optional (and expensive) B&O Unleashed audio system has been rendered almost useless. Noise has been so disruptive as to startle me during operation of the vehicle on multiple occasions since purchasing the vehicle in July 2023. Updates have been hinted at to address this problem but have not been delivered or realized - and yes Auto Update is on and I'm manually checking for updates as well. October OTA did not address this issue (and may have made it worse - although my high hopes for this update may have just increased my annoyance at its persistence). I have reported this to my Ford dealer. Date listed below is last occurrence.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a recurring water intrusion issue with my vehicle, which poses a potential safety risk. Whenever it rains and the vehicle is parked outside, water consistently leaks into the passenger-side interior. While driving, especially during acceleration or braking, I can hear the sound of water moving within the passenger side area. Upon inspection, I have found water pooling in the front passenger footwell, where multiple electrical wires are located. Additionally, there is an electrical control box situated beneath the passenger seat that may also be exposed to moisture. I also discovered water leaking behind the rear seat area. This section contains two air vents, which may be contributing to the issue. The water intrusion raises serious concerns about electrical system integrity, especially given the presence of wiring and components in affected areas. Although my vehicle has not yet experienced electrical failure while driving, I am aware of multiple reports from other owners who have encountered similar leaks that led to sudden engine shutdowns, including while driving in traffic — a serious safety hazard. I brought my vehicle to the service center for evaluation, but as of now, I have not received any resolution or updates regarding a fix. I have several videos of the situation as well. Given the potential risk to both vehicle occupants and others on the road, I respectfully request that the NHTSA investigate this matter further to determine whether a recall or other safety action is warranted. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.

The dash cluster randomly shuts-off/restarts while driving the vehicle and when it did last time ford app sent 3 notifications of faults with antilock brakes, TPM, restraint indicator warnings. If there is an issue with these items and I have road emergency and my brakes and restraints do not work properly it could be a safety issue for all involved in accident (I would not know how fast i was going since dash cluster is off). I took the truck to dealership and they are passing it off on SSM 51757 (which my truck also has an issue with) and a loose pin connection. But this happens with no checking of trailer tire information. The speakers made a loud crackling noise and my phone disconnected from infotainment center just prior to the incident.
