Recalls and owner complaints reported to NHTSA

Compared with the typical (middle) count of 588 complaints across the 7 model-year 2022 half-ton trucks we cover. Best-selling trucks naturally collect more complaints because more of them are on the road.

Price & value

We don't guess at prices. Get a real value for the exact truck from Kelley Blue Book, then see how the asking price compares.

Is it a good deal?

  1. Look up the truck on Kelley Blue Book. Choose its cab, trim, options, miles, condition and your ZIP code, and note the private party value (or the fair purchase price if you're buying from a dealer).
  2. Enter that value and the asking price below.
Check value on Kelley Blue Book ↗

Enter both numbers to see the deal rating.

The rating only compares the two numbers you enter: within 5% of the value is a good deal, 5–15% under is a great deal, and more than 15% under is a buy-it-now price. Know Your Truck isn't affiliated with Kelley Blue Book. Rust, accident history, lifts and mods, and service records all change what a truck is worth, so always get a pre-purchase inspection.

This is a follow-up to my NHTSA complaint tracking #11742382, filed June 5, 2026, before my recall repair. I'm filing again because the repair is now complete and it has raised two new concerns: undocumented warranty coverage on the replacement engine, and an unresolved question about whether a second, broader recall applies to that replacement engine. 1. Recall repair completed. Under NHTSA Campaign 24V381000 (Toyota internal 24TA07, filed 2024-05-30), my original engine was replaced with a new OEM assembly (part 04004-23370, serial [XXX], 2026 manufacture date, incorporating the post-April-2024 revised bearing design) at Teton Toyota, Idaho Falls, ID, June 19 to 22, 2026 (repair order [XXX], mileage in/out 28,252/28,281). Toyota's own recall record states the replacement unit was inspected clean. I have no reason to doubt that specific finding; my concern is what happens after. 2. Replacement engine's warranty terms were left undocumented. The repair order lists the warranty "Policy Number" covering the new engine as TBD. As of this filing, Toyota National ([phone removed]) has not given me a written answer to a direct question: does the replacement engine carry a new 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty starting from the June 22, 2026 install date, or only the remainder of my original factory warranty? A safety recall remedy that leaves the owner without documented knowledge of what protection they actually received is, in my view, an incomplete remedy under 49 CFR Part 573's recordkeeping and notification requirements. Owners should not have to chase this down themselves months after the repair. 3. A second, broader recall may or may not apply to my replacement engine, and Toyota has not said which. NHTSA Campaign 25V767000 (Toyota internal 25TA14, filed 2025-11-06) expands the same underlying defect population to additional 2022-2024 Tundra, Lexus LX, and 2024 Lexus GX vehicles, with a remedy of inspecting the #1 main bearing via inspection software and INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

    • Filed Sep 2026

REPEATED CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE / FAILED RECALL REMEDY. My 2022 Toyota Tundra suffered a complete engine seizure and sudden loss of motive power August 30, 2026, creating an immediate traffic hazard. This is the SECOND time this vehicle has experienced a catastrophic main bearing failure of its twin-turbo V6 engine. The original factory engine was replaced by an authorized Toyota dealership under Safety Recall 24V-381 / 24TA07 in March 2025. The defect should have been resolved. However, the replacement crate engine provided by Toyota carried the exact same engineering vulnerability as the original engine. It was manufactured prior to Toyota's mid-2026 engineering revision, which finally introduced a redesigned #1 main bearing to address localized crankshaft pressure stack-up (as noted in subsequent NHTSA filings like 26V-320).Furthermore, the previous engine replacement due to a federal safety recall was entirely withheld and not disclosed to me at the point of sale. Because Toyota replaced a recalled, defective engine with an identically flawed engine block, the initial recall remedy completely failed, leaving the vehicle dangerous and prone to repeated mechanical failure. The vehicle has driven approximately 16 months since the March 2025 replacement. I am demanding that Toyota provide a permanent remedy using the updated, structurally revised 2026 engine components. It is at the Toyota dealer.

I am filing this complaint regarding my Toyota Tundra and Toyota Safety Recall 24TA07. My vehicle was previously affected by this engine recall, and Toyota replaced the engine as the recall remedy. The replacement engine has now failed with the same or substantially similar engine issue that resulted in the original recall and engine replacement. I am very concerned that a replacement engine installed as the remedy for a safety recall has experienced the same type of failure. This vehicle has now experienced engine failure involving two separate engines: the original recalled engine and the replacement engine installed by Toyota under Recall 24TA07. The Vehicle is at the Toyota dealer. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate whether replacement engines being installed under this recall may also be susceptible to the same or a similar defect. I would also like this complaint documented because I am concerned about the safety and reliability of the vehicle and whether Toyota's recall remedy adequately corrected the original safety issue. I am requesting that Toyota provide a permanent remedy for my vehicle at no cost to me. I would also like information regarding my rights and available remedies given that the engine replaced under the safety recall has now failed, including whether this repeat failure may qualify for additional manufacturer remedies or protections under applicable warranty or state lemon law.

"I am writing to report a latent safety concern regarding my 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid equipped with the V35A-FTS engine. Non-hybrid 2022–2024 Tundras sharing this exact V35A engine block architecture are subject to active safety recalls (NHTSA Campaign IDs: 24V381, 25V767, and 26V320) due to crankshaft main bearing failure caused by manufacturing debris and oil film disruption. My hybrid model utilizes the same V35A internal engine short-block assembly and suffers from the exact same potential for main bearing contamination and catastrophic internal engine lockup. Although the hybrid battery provides limited low-speed auxiliary power, a sudden internal combustion engine failure or lockup while operating at highway speeds or under heavy towing loads creates a severe safety hazard, including immediate loss of throttle response, power steering loss, and high risk of rear-end collisions. My engine has not failed yet, but the presence of known, unaddressed manufacturing debris within the V35A assembly presents an ongoing safety risk. I request that NHTSA expand its safety defect investigation into the V35A engine architecture to explicitly include the i-FORCE MAX Hybrid models." Toyota has been lacking in taking responsibility that these exact same engines manufactured on the same assembly line are also subject to the same issues. I believe it is a significant safety issue especially since in the event of an engine failure the hybid system will NOT be strong enough to move the vehicle to the side of the road safely. In addition, when the powertrain warranty expires next year for the 2022 models, owners will be left holding the bag for a $30,000 dollar engine replacement when toyota knows this could and has happened. Currently, Toyotas way of evaluating engines consist of hitting the engine with a hammer to check if its affected or not. What?? Please investigate this and hold toyota responsible, all engines manufactured on that assembly line in AL should be replaced.

I am 99% sure my vehicle is compromised via a cybersecurity incident. My emergency brake will sometimes slam for no reason, no multi media system updates have occurred for over two years, and the vehicle will randomly beep on its own, unlocking the doors. Another major issue is a recent electric harness failure that the mechanics have no idea how it happened. It cost me over 8,000. Warning lights also turn on for no apparent reason such as parking, sensors, and other traction control. I am extremely concerned with my safety. I also believe the odometer has been altered to register higher mileage.

On September 1, 2026, my 2022 Toyota Tundra experienced a serious loss of accelerator response while I was leaving a gas station and entering traffic. I pressed the accelerator, but the truck provided effectively no acceleration, leaving me partially in the roadway. An approaching vehicle had to swerve into the opposing traffic lane to avoid a collision. I had experienced a similar low-speed loss of accelerator response within the prior two weeks. On September 2, while traveling on I-70 at approximately 70 mph, the truck experienced a separate loss-of-power event. Engine RPM dropped considerably and the vehicle felt as though it were coasting. I pressed the accelerator firmly, but it did not respond normally for approximately 5-10 seconds before power returned. Radar/adaptive cruise control was not engaged. I immediately took the truck to Western Slope Toyota. Technicians checked for codes, performed multiple road tests and recorded vehicle data but could not reproduce the intermittent failure. The issue was escalated to Toyota technical assistance under TAS Case 262460664. This problem has been documented by Western Slope Toyota since 2023. Toyota's applicable TSB repairs were performed on prior occasions in an attempt to correct the throttle/hesitation problem, but they did not resolve it. In 2025, the dealer again documented the condition after the earlier TSB had already been performed. According to the September 2026 repair documentation and my discussion with the Western Slope Toyota service manager, Toyota's specialist technical team is aware that the condition can remain despite the TSB work. The repair order states that Toyota identified a known hesitation concern that remains under investigation and that there was no repair to be made at that time. The condition is intermittent and unpredictable and can cause loss of accelerator response or motive power at low and highway speeds. I believe it creates a serious crash risk. Current mileage: 58,735.

Manufacturer Recall Number25TB06 NHTSA Recall Number25V322 In regards to the above mentioned recalls. The vehicle's reverse camera began flashing while driving forward. The R light on the gearshift was also flashing. While driving forward about 15 mph out of a parking lot, the vehicle suddenly went into reverse on it's own, locked up and would not move. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. This happened around the week of June 8. The dealership says that they reset the electrical recall, we picked up the truck and it ran fine for about a week. The reverse camera and R light on the gearshift began flashing again on June 17. It did not shift itself into reverse, but the dealership requested that we bring the vehicle back. The dealership stated that Toyota has "grounded" the vehicle and does not have a fix for the recall to date and continuing to drive it is a safety hazzard. It has been sitting at the dealership since June 18 with no end in sight. The dealership and Toyota Corporate continues to tell me every few days that they do not have a fix for the issues/recalls.

I have not had an actual vehicle accident as of yet but the vehicle has a serious hesitation issue during acceleration from a quick stop or rolling situation whereas if you were making a left turn at a traffic light and were waiting for traffic while execrating to clear the next on coming vehicle there is sometimes a 3 second or more delay before the vehicle will accelerate which could cause an accident. Toyota has recognized this issue and came out with a technical service bulletin (T-SB-0032-26) with an update program for the TCU but has not included my vin or several others that have this same issue. I have been told by my dealer that they could do the update but since my vin is not included they would have to charge me. This is a major safety issue and needs to be addressed at no cost to the consumers. I have contacted Toyota brand engagement and they were no help at all acting like they had no idea what I was talking about. It happens every, everywhere. Major safety issue. Making complaints before accidents or fatalities happen because of this!

I've been experiencing throttle lag on my 2022 Tundra in certain situations during rolling stops (I've also had it occur from a dead stop, though more frequent in rolling stops). Sometimes there is a significant delay in throttle response, and the other day while pulling out into traffic the delay was perhaps 2-3 seconds. This nearly created an accident as the engine had zero response and greatly affected my ability to accelerate quickly enough. Please consider this as a possible recall, as the danger level is very high for this known issue. Thank you for your time.

    • Filed Jun 2026 · Also filed under Vehicle Speed Control

In this vehicle, I regularly experience a "delay" in gas pedal response. I drive a non-hybrid V6 twin turbo variant engine 2022 Toyota Tundra, and for a long time I thought this was just related to turbo spooling delays. But Toyota's recent TSB-0032-26 publishing last month confirmed that it is actually a TCM logic issue requiring a re-flash. I spoke to the dealership and this is not covered outside of the standard 3-year bumper to bumper warranty, and they wouldn't cover it under the powertrain warranty which lasts longer, even though this is technically a power train issue. This concern has left me challenged with timing gas pedaling from a full stop, often with a noticeable 1-2 second lag before the truck responds. I have had a couple of close calls because this behavior inhibits safe judgement calls for acceleration. Especially from full stops this is most noticeable, but also when you are trying to accelerate suddenly, there's always a brief delay.

My 2022 Toyota Platinum hesitates on acceleration. This happens constantly. I pull out of my neighborhood street onto a busy street, the truck moves forward then hesitates in a busy lane, then will surge ahead. This leaves me exposed to oncoming traffic. I have just missed being hit many times. This happens at intersections, where it will hesitate and the car behind me almost hits me. Thank you.

While driving my 2022 tundra my reverse indicator light and back up camera began flashing while approaching an intersection. I stopped at the intersection to wait for the green light for a left turn onto the highway. I shifted into park and then back into drive but reverse indicator and camera kept flashing. After completing my left turn and accelerating to approximately 40 mph I heard a loud bang and my rear wheels locked causing me to slide sideways narrowly missing other vehicles next to me. After a second the wheels started spinning normally. The reverse indicator and camera continued flashing. After slowing I turned my hazard lights on and slowly drove the vehicle directly to the Toyota dealership. I told them what happened and provided a video of the flashing light and screen. I told them that the truck was no longer safe to drive and that I was fortunate that I didn’t cause an accident. They ran diagnostics on the vehicle which had many error codes for various modules. They have cleared the codes and are requesting that I take the vehicle back. They reported that they could not replicate and no repairs were made. I don’t think the vehicle is safe to drive with the possibility of it happening again in a more dangerous location at speed or with my family in the vehicle.

When I came to a stop, everything seemed normal, but when I went to take off again the truck just… didn’t go. I pressed the gas and it kind of sat there, like it was thinking about moving but not actually doing it. The engine stayed running, no sputtering or dying, but it wouldn’t engage. It took a solid 10–20 seconds before it finally decided to move forward, and even then it felt hesitant. The whole thing was weird and definitely not how it should behave.

Engine hesitation from a stop. Engine takes 1-2 seconds to respond to throttle pedal input. Creates timing safety hazard when attempting to cross oncoming lane to enter roadway. My 2022 had a new crate engine put in at 26,000 miles in approx June 2025 (told me it would be 2 days but in less than 24hrs the service advisor called and told me it was completed) and from the second I picked up my truck and started it at the dealership, I heard a loud, fast ticking noisy sound coming from under the hood so I popped my hood and it sounded like a diesel engine and as I started driving I felt a weird popping/vibrating noise when turning either right or left at slow speeds and it felt like there were no shocks or motor mounts or something was bent and the rear end was skipping and making a loud thud when slightly stepping on gas pedal and Toyota said it's all normal. It also lost all power while I was driving 2 days after I picked it up from engine replacement along with the continuous surging forward when taking off from stop sign or red light. My front seat is cracked and they refused to fix it under warranty, my brakes squeal so bad and they said they ordered parts under TSB but it will be months before they come in, it's now been 7 months and still nothing. I will not drive further than 10 miles from my home Every time I get in this truck and put it in D, I fear for my life and when I put it in P, I breathe a sigh of relief. AutoNation Toyota in Weston, Fl replaced my engine and I truly believe that whoever put my new engine in, didn't put it back together correctly and damaged the suspension/steering system as well as the new ticking engine that is so rough. My new 2nd engine needs another engine. I feel like this truck is going to get me killed.

I have so many problems with my truck and the surging engine as well as squealing brakes, lane assist is disabled but comes on and jerks the truck out of my lane and it's impossible to steer almost causing me to crash numeroys times. Every time I try to get the engine replaced which I've been waiting over a year and I was in Phase 2 and every Toyota dealership tells me something different. I can't even sell this truck privately because it needs a new engine. I have 25,300 miles as of today and I've had it in the shop so many times and they say they can't find anything wrong with it. The headliner fell down onto my head and took it in for service and I got it back worse because they broke all the clips that hold the interior headliner in place and it's hanging down. Every time I bring it in for something they tell me the parts are not available but what they're doing is trying to make me run out of my warranty which is in 2 months. They're trying to sell me an extended warranty but they can't even fix anything that's under warranty right now. I really need your help here because there's so many other issues that I haven't even gone over. Everything is misaligned on this truck and they can't fix it my rear passenger door never latched correctly and they don't know what to do they just give it back to me the same way and I have small children that sit back there but they claim they don't know how to fix it.

While offloading my truck after getting back from vacation and with all the windows rolled down I noticed smoke coming out of the cab of my truck. Not know what it was or why smoke was coning from the inside of my truck I went to investigate and notice the top of the rear seat was melting and smoking. Absolutely no reason why that material should have started to melt and smoke. Outside temperature at the time was 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Only thing that I could think of was the light / reflection of the sun from our upstairs bedroom window. It is just a standard glass window so don't see how that would cause the material to melt, smoke and it absolutely looked like it was about to light up. I have an actual video of it smoking but website will not let me upload it.

Since around 35,000 miles, the 10-way Power Adjustable Driver's Seat makes a terrible squeaky sound when going over any bumps in the road. If the Driver were to move while in the seat, the squeak is present. We have already paid out of pocket (not considered a warranty issue because nothing is "broken"), but the squeak has returned. This is no fault of the dealership, but because of the design that Toyota implemented for just the 10-way Power Adjustable Driver's Seat. If we reduce the Lumbar Support down to its lowest setting, the squeak gets better but it makes the seat that much more uncomfortable. These are the worst seats we've ever had in any vehicle, let alone a Toyota/Lexus product. I do believe the seat structure to have cracked at this point in time. Vehicle is currently in for service.

This 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro is subject to Limited Service Campaign 24TD01 for premature tire wear, caused by a factory front toe/camber angle defect acknowledged by Toyota. The vehicle received the campaign remedy (front alignment adjustment and tire replacement) in May 2024, but the same wear pattern on the front tires reappeared and has continued for over a year, documented across multiple dealership visits. A dealership technician found abnormal front tire wear on three separate occasions (August 2025, September 2025, and March 2026) but never recommended a front-end alignment despite Toyota's own campaign identifying alignment/camber as the root cause. As of August 2026, the right front tire tread had worn down to approximately 1/32 inch, an unsafe condition, and only then was an alignment finally recommended in writing for the first time. The vehicle also had a documented brake rotor warping issue (front rotors) as early as November 2024, causing a braking vibration above 40 mph that has persisted. The recurring tire wear presents an ongoing safety risk due to reduced traction and control, particularly relevant given the near-bald tire condition reached before any alignment correction was recommended by the servicing dealer.

The vehicle was purchased brand new from an authorized franchised dealership, sold and contracted as being equipped with a dealer-installed 2.5-inch suspension lift. At approximately 20,000 miles, a severe front-end squeaking symptom developed. The vehicle was brought to a separate authorized Toyota dealership service center for inspection. An authorized Toyota Master Technician formally inspected the vehicle and documented that the selling dealership did not install an engineered suspension lift. Instead, they installed unauthorized, budget aftermarket spacer pucks and non-certified upper control arms. The Master Technician documented in writing that the vehicle "isn't even lifted properly" and a factory front strut has failed prematurely. SAFETY RISK: The unauthorized spacer modification has severely altered and compromised the factory steering and suspension geometry. Because the front suspension, upper control arms, ball joints, struts, and steering rack are forced to operate continuously at unsafe, extreme, out-of-spec angles, the components are subjected to premature, destructive stress. The Master Technician confirmed that this improper configuration creates an imminent highway life-safety hazard, presenting an extreme risk of the front CV axles binding or snapping at highway speeds, which would result in an immediate, catastrophic loss of steering control. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. The safety defect has been explicitly reproduced and confirmed in writing by an authorized Toyota Master Technician. The selling dealership management has been formally notified of this safety diagnosis but has actively refused to remediate the unsafe components, leaving a structurally compromised and highly dangerous vehicle operating on public highways.

Front end alignment is incorrect from Toyota factory. This is reflected in the service campaign 24TD01 for this vehicle. Toyota refuses to fix the problem, stating the campaign has expired.

First I had my engine replaced in May 2025 under the recall and service advisor informed me it would be about 3 days before they completed the engine swap and it had to sit to make sure there were no leaks anywhere and in less than 24 hrs the called me and told me my truck was all done. I went to pick my truck up they had it waiting in the service line with the engine running, I heard a strange ticking noise coming from under my hood that sounded like a lawnmower engine, the service tech tells me that is normal with the replacement engines which is absolutely false. Being a woman they tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I got frustrated and got in my truck and when I came to the first stoplight when the light turned green and I stepped on the gas pedal, my truck would not move, after about 5 seconds it surged forward and then again wouldn't move, then again my truck surged forward with a loud thud in the rear like somebody hit me from behind. It feels like it isn't kicking into gear and also my steering wheel was not centered when they swapped the engine so I have to hold my steering off to one side for my truck to drive straight. This has been a nightmare for me and Toyota refuses to acknowledge there is anything wrong. I've also been waiting for 7 months to get my front brakes fixed under the TSB and all they say is we don't have parts available, meanwhile they're building new trucks with new brake pads, rotors and calipers before taking care of the people waiting months and months? They try and wait until your warranty runs out so I have to pay for the fix. Please help. Thank you, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Water is leaking into the cab of my 2022 Toyota Tundra Platinum 4x4 through the high-mounted third brake light. The leak allows water to enter the headliner and interior, creating the potential for mold, damage to the interior, and electrical issues. After troubleshooting, the third brake light gasket appears to be the source of the leak. Toyota does not appear to offer the gasket as a replacement part, requiring owners to replace the entire third brake light assembly despite the failure being limited to the seal. Numerous owners have reported similar water intrusion issues on 2022+ Tundras, suggesting this may be a common defect rather than an isolated incident. I believe Toyota should investigate the failed gasket design and consider a recall or service campaign to replace the defective seal or assembly.

This was discovered at 24,663 miles during regularly scheduled maintenance at Copeland Toyota in Brockton, MA on March 20, 2025. Defective manufacturing suspected. Upon further investigation of this tire model on the Internet, I discovered dozens of reports of the same sidewall failure by Toyota Tundra owners with very low mileage. I contacted Bridgestone Support on March 20, and per their instruction, took the vehicle to a Bridgestone authorized dealer (Firestone Complete Auto Care, Warren Ave. Brockton, MA) on March 21. The inspection determined that the tires have failed. The technician indicated that Bridgestone has very limited inventory of this tire model, indicative that the tire is being discontinued. I contacted Bridgestone Support on March 21, indicating that there is likely a manufacturing defect, and was advised to report this to the NHTSA, because the Bridgestone employee stated that they have no internal capability to report a potential manufacturing defect. I suspect there is a likelihood that these tires have been discontinued because of defects, but Bridgestone has not alerted customers of such a safety hazard. My Bridgestone Support reference number is [XXX]. Please investigate this as I believe there is a safety hazard due manufacturer defect. What component failed and is it available for inspection? The front driver-side roof seam on my 2022 Toyota Tundra developed corrosion under the paint and eventually opened enough for rainwater to enter the cabin. Water drips directly into the A-pillar area onto the side curtain airbag wiring, squib connector, and padded harness. It also reaches the dashboard and electrical buttons near the steering wheel during rain. The roof seam, A-pillar wiring, interior rust staining, and all affected components remain available for inspection. How was safety put at risk? The A-pillar contains the SRS curtain airbag system, its wiring, and connectors that should never be exposed to moisture. Continuous water intrusion over many months can cause corrosion, increased resistance, short circuits, or damage to the airbag inflator/squib circuit, which may lead to unintended deployment or failure to deploy in a crash. Water reaching the dashboard controls and electrical switches could cause intermittent electrical faults or malfunction of driver controls. These issues present a significant safety risk because the vehicle’s airbag and electrical systems may not function as designed. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed? Yes. The Toyota dealer has repeatedly observed the active leak, interior rust streaks, and bubbling/corrosion along the roof seam. The water intrusion occurs every time it rains. Has the vehicle been inspected? Yes. Toyota has inspected the truck multiple times, including by a Field Technical Specialist. However, Toyota has been unable to provide complete documentation or photos from the FTS inspection, and the underlying safety issue remains unresolved. No inspections have been done by police or insurance. Warning lamps or messages? No warning lamps appeared. The first symptom was water leaking into the cabin around March 2024, followed by rust streaking inside the A-pillar and exterior bubbling. The issue continues during rainfall.

I have a 2022 Tundra with 18,700 miles on it that is part of the recall for a new engine! This is my fourth tundra, and the materials used in the 3rd Gen are sub-par to say the least! I have already had to replace the actuator and motor in my passenger window because it was stuck halfway open/closed and it took the dealership almost 2 weeks just to get the parts and put them in. My tailgate isn't aligned properly and the mold growth on all the rubber window trim is a nightmare as well as the roof wells that are also covered in mold up and down both sides. My rear passenger door doesn't close correctly and nobody at Toyota knows how to fix any of these issues! I am very concerned about a dealership putting a new engine in my truck when they can't even change the oil or rotate my tires correctly. I also have other serious issues like, I feel a giant thud like somebody rear ended me when I step on the gas from a red light or stop sign and sometimes when I step on the gas on the highway and it scares the heck out of me. It almost feels like the back of my truck fell off. When it's raining out and my hood is covered in water and then the rain stops and I turn my windshieldwipers off, the water that rolls down the hood is spit straight into my windshield from the radiator fan! I also took it to the dealership to fix the fuel line recall, and they said they don't have the parts available, it's been over 2 weeks now and the recall was issued last year.

In my car Toyota install tow mirrors. Those mirrors make me big blind spot they are too high and too big. 2 times I almost get accident because I can't see anything. The biggest problem is parking lot and intersection. On that time it's very difficult to drive.

When driving into direction of the sun, the design of the hood has a reflection that hits the driver right in the eye with a magnified and stunningly bright glare. It is so blinding even with sunglassses on that I have to drive with one hand up in view of driving blocking it in order to be able to continue driving. It is every time you drive into the direction of the sun. Incredibly dangerous.

I actually have too very serious issues with my new Tundra. 1) my seat is coming loose from floor of my truck every time I take a corner it feels like it's going to tip over and makes a loud clunk and it feels like the back of the seat is separating from the part where my rear end sits (aka my butt) 2) when it rains the water flows off of the hood and then I am assuming the fan that goes to radiator spits a blast of water right in my driver's side of windshield, this because the poor design of the grill on certain 22 Tundra Limited models. Very dangerous if you ask me or anybody else that has this problem which is quite a few people from what I have seen on 2022 Tundra Forums. Those are just 2 major issues of the many I have.
